Hand and Footprints are our speciality!
As well as pottery painting we are here to help you freeze time, by capturing little hand and footprints!
Our keepsakes have been part of so many families’ traditions and gift giving since 2010. For example, our Christmas baubles outsell every other item and are collected by parents and grandparents year on year.
Our resident baby-print specialist Rachel, is a mum and a Nursery Nurse, and has been honing her skill for over a decade. If Rach cant get the print, then no one can. She’s also a dab hand at adding hand-painted text to your items.
Got a creative idea? Maybe a handprint dinosaur or footprint flowers? We can do that too! There isn’t much we haven’t turned a print into! Our artwork specialist is Chloe who has been adding her flair to pots since 2017!
So whether you want to document just how tiny your new-born’s feet are, make a first day of school keepsake or gift grandma the most unique vase for her 80th … you’re in the right place!

Not just for the kids!
The Paint Box prides itself on being super child friendly but we are also the perfect place for grown ups too!
Ideal for groups who want something a little different – birthdays, nights out, hen dos, or just because you fancy doing something a bit more creative than sitting in the pub (although we don’t judge what you do after).
Join us on a quite mid-week afternoon, Saturday after brunch, one of our or our adult only Sip and Paint evening (every first Friday monthly)
Think relaxed vibes, plenty of laughs, and a brush in one hand and maybe a drink in the other. No pressure, no rules — just a couple of hours of switching off and doing something fun and a bit messy.
You don’t need to be “artistic” at all — you just need to show up ready to have a laugh and try something new. You’ll leave with your own piece of art… and probably a few stories too!
Private Studio Sessions
Private hire our 21 seat studio – perfect for baby showers, hen dos, family gatherings, birthdays, or just getting your mates together for something outside of the box. It’s your time in the studio, so you set the vibe.
We’ll set everything up, guide the creativity, and make sure everyone leaves with something they’re proud of (and probably a bit of paint somewhere they didn’t expect). Expect non-stop fun, plenty of laughter, and a relaxed, feel-good atmosphere where no one has to be “good at art” – just up for a good time.
Private sessions can be held Tuesday to Friday, during the day or 6:30-8:30pm, minimum £180 sales total. Prefer a Saturday? No problem we can host you 2:30-4:30, £250 sales total. Private hire requires a £5 per head deposit.
Pop-Ups!
Pop-Up Experiences are where we team up with brilliant local businesses to create something a bit special. Think collaborations, events, and one-off creative nights that bring art into unexpected places.
A great example is Pots at the Pictures – pottery painting paired with chick flicks at Parkway Cinema Cleethorpes. It’s creative, it’s social, and it’s a bit different from your usual night out.
We love working with local venues, businesses, and ideas that spark something fun and fresh. If you’ve got an idea, we’re always up for a chat – whether it’s a café, baby group, shop, or something completely unexpected.
